Is Y free to use?

During the current Beta Access, Y is completely free to use.

Is Y safe to use with my Arknights account?

While Y takes precautions to minimize risk through encrypted connections and careful handling, using automated tools may technically go against game terms of service. Although issues are rare, please be aware there is always a small chance of account action. However, we’ve had no reported issues or bans in over one and a half years of development and continuous use.

What happens if there’s a special event requiring user choices?

If there’s a special event that needs user choices (other than login events), Y won’t make any decisions for you, you will have to make them yourself. Login events have a special option under the “Extra Options” tab to let Y decide for you.

Will Y interfere with my gameplay?

Not at all! Y operates discreetly on a scheduled basis, briefly logging in to complete tasks. It’s recommended to avoid logging in during Y’s operation windows to prevent task interruptions; however, if you do log in during these times, there’s no risk—tasks will simply be postponed to the next scheduled run.

Can I use my account normally between scheduled tasks?

Yes, your account remains fully accessible and usable between scheduled task executions. Y only requires brief login periods to complete your automated tasks.

How do I cancel my subscription?

During the current Beta Access, Y is completely free to use, so you won’t need a subscription.

Can I customize which tasks Y performs?

Absolutely! Y is highly customizable, allowing you to select preferred stages, choose resource management options, and define when and how your sanity and items are used.

Does Y run continuously in the background?

Y operates automatically three times daily, within a set schedule every 8 hours shown under the “Profile” tab. Regular tasks such as login, recruitment, and base management typically take about 5 minutes, while combat tasks range between 5 to 20 minutes depending on the selected stage and auto-deploy duration.

How often does Y update or add new features?

Y receives regular updates to improve existing functionalities, introduce new features, and adapt seamlessly to game updates, ensuring you always enjoy optimal performance. You can also suggest or request a function or feature in our Official Support Discord Server.

How do I report a bug or issue?

If you encounter an issue, please join our Official Support Discord Server and report it in the #bug-reports channel or directly message a moderator or admin with details.
